Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price or a credit of the purchase price towards an exchange. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Please be able to provide proof of purchse either with an e-mail confirmation or packing slip showing product and date of purchase.
If Customer refuses an ordered shipment, then Customer shall be financially responsible for all shipping, packing, handling, and all other fees and charges associated with the order.
Opened defective items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or a refund of the purchase price. If you need to replace a product, you must contact us first before returning the defective item. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.
