Returns/Exchanges

Custom-Built Equipment (Dip Tanks, Starter Packages, and Systems)

  • All dip tanks, starter packages, and equipment systems are built to order and customized for each customer. Once production has begun and/or funding has been received, orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

  • If financing is used (e.g., through Quick Spark Financial or other lenders), the loan agreement is binding, and equipment cannot be returned for cancellation of the loan.

Custom-Prepared Consumables (Paint, Aerosol Cans, Film Rolls, Activator, Clear Coat, etc.)

  • Many products are mixed, packaged, or cut to order. Because these are prepared specifically for each customer and cannot be resold, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted on custom-prepared products.

Defects, Damage, or Technical Issues

  • Hydro-Dip stands behind the quality of its equipment. If a product arrives defective or damaged in shipping, Hydro-Dip will provide:

    • Technical support to diagnose and resolve the issue.

    • Replacement parts at no cost where necessary.

    • Repairs or, in rare cases, equipment exchange if deemed irrepairable by Hydro-Dip.

  • Our tanks are designed with simple, serviceable components. Most issues can be resolved quickly with our guidance and replacement parts.

Supplies (Non-Custom Items)

  • Unopened, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price or exchange credit. A 25% restocking fee applies. Shipping is non-refundable.

Refused Shipments

  • If a shipment is refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all shipping, freight, handling, and related charges.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (supplies only) will be issued within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
